In addition to his plays, James has had magazine articles published, and hosted a writing workshop. On behalf of the Norwich 12 tourism & heritage initiative, he wrote the original screenplay for an online animation about the city’s historic Assembly House.
Written to commemorate William Shakespeare’s 400th anniversary, James’ debut radio play Pedigree was published prior to its performance at the Maddermarket Theatre.
The British playwright has also authored a Dickensian drama for Norfolk Museums Service and Gressenhall Farm & Workhouse. It is hoped that the Ghosts Of Gressenhall will be available for visitors to experience at the national heritage centre before the end of 2017.
