In addition to his plays, James has had magazine articles published, and hosted a writing workshop. He has also written the original screenplay for an online animation about the city’s historic Assembly House, on behalf of the Norwich 12 tourism & heritage initiative.
Written to commemorate William Shakespeare’s 400th anniversary, James’ debut radio play Pedigree was published prior to its performance at the Maddermarket Theatre.
James has written a Dickensian drama for Norfolk Museums Service and Gressenhall Farm & Workhouse. It is hoped that the production – entitled Ghosts Of Gressenhall – will be available for visitors to experience at the national heritage centre before the end of 2017.
