James Dimelow is a British writer whose stage plays include Consequence, Romance and Jungle.
In addition to his plays, James has had magazine articles published, and hosted a writing workshop. On behalf of the Norwich 12 tourism & heritage initiative, he wrote the original screenplay for an online animation about the city’s historic Assembly House.
The English author wrote and directed the audio drama Pedigree to commemorate William Shakespeare’s 400th anniversary. James’ blackly comic short was published prior to its performance at the Maddermarket Theatre.
James has also created a Dickensian drama for Norfolk Museums Service and Gressenhall Farm & Workhouse. The Ghosts Of Gressenhall script was then subsequently displayed at the national heritage centre.
